Measures ~12.5" x 12.5" (incl. frame)
Condition is 'used.  This is in ok condition with some wear to the frame, including tape to hold it closed, and a few tears.  The glass is in good shape with pretty minimal wear.  The image is cracking in spots.  See photos for condition and details.
