A Vintage 1940s Kellogg’s Modern Home Kit Colonial Cottage Mint in the Original Mailer Envelope. The kit appears complete, with unpunched sheet to construct house, a floor plan, and a brochure. The only significant wear I see is some discoloration along the edge of the brochure. The envelope measures 16 inches long.
