Carnival Cane
Elephant Head Topper
This is a 1940s-1950s Carnival Cane with a rarely found Porcelain Elephant Head Topper,
head down, on a silver painted wood shaft.  The shaft was originally painted red and then silver.  The silver paint is patina'd.
This classic piece has a beautiful look with black tusks and red ears.  The porcelain head has a chip at the rear base and is otherwise in good condition.  The shaft is cracked as shown in the last picture.   The head is 2 1/8 inches tall and 1 3/4 inches from nose to back of head.
The full size of the carnival cane is 34 inches tall.
