French Faience Quimper 7 1/4" Water or Wiskey? Bottle

ANTIQUE FRENCH FAIENCE QUIMPER WATER OR WHISKEY?BOTTLE WITH TWO HANDLES #144 on the bottom. Listed in this auction is a very unique Bottle that may be a Whiskey Bottle in the past, or maybe a Water Bottle  It has a very pretty floral decoration. It is in excellent condition but does have some dark paint on it that I did not know how to remove, so I left it to the next owner that may know how to remove it.  It has no chips, cracks or repairs. It has no factory mark but certainly looks like Quimper & has the # 144 I think, on the bottom.
