Tool selection:To achieve what you need, be sure to use short-edged tools as much as possible. Too long cutting edge or too long tool body will cause vibration and deflection during machining, which will cause damage to the tool and affect the quality of machining. We recommend using a tool with a larger shank diameter.
Tool operation
(1) Woodworking milling cutters are specially designed for portable and desktop woodworking engraving machines. They cannot be used in electric drills and drilling machines.

(2) The cutting tool can process hardwood, softwood, synthetic board and other wood into a smooth surface, but avoid processing metal materials such as copper and iron and non-wood materials such as sand and stone.
(3). A jacket of suitable size must be used. The jacket with serious wear, insufficient roundness and taper in the inner hole cannot provide sufficient clamping force, which will cause vibration or twisting of the tool handle and flying off.
(4) Don't think that the new jacket must be safe and reliable. When the tool is clamped and found to have uneven contact marks or grooves on the handle, it indicates slippage and deformation of the inner hole of the jacket. At this time, the jacket should be replaced immediately to avoid accidents.
(5) After the tool is clamped, if you find that the tool is running, you should stop it immediately, repeat the clamping several times so that the tool shank and the jacket are in full contact, and then work.
(6) The tool shank should have good contact with the jacket. The tool shank must be completely inserted into the jacket and tightened firmly, so as to provide sufficient clamping force for the tool. Do not insert only a small part into the jacket, otherwise it will easily cause the tool handle to break and cause damage to the tool.
(7) Use proper eye and ear protection devices during operation.
(8) The body, clothes and other sundries should not be close to the knives at work
Tool maintenance
(1) Keep the knives clean. Remove resin, sawdust and other dirt on the wood after use. Use standard industrial solvents to clean the knives.
(2) Applying a small amount of engine oil can prevent the tool surface from rusting, clean up all the stains on the tool handle, and prevent slippage during use.
(3) Do not re-grind the tool and change the shape of the tool without authorization, because each grinding process requires professional grinding equipment and professional grinding skills, otherwise it is easy to cause the cutting edge to break and cause accidents.
